Here, awareness meets embodiment.
Breath becomes a portal. The body remembers.
This is where preparation begins—before conception, before transition—through presence, sovereignty, and deep listening.

Begin before the beginning—tend your body, your breath, and your becoming as sacred ground for conscious creation.

Enter the temple of your own breath to release, remember, and return to the truth that’s been waiting inside you.

Strengthen your body’s innate intelligence through functional movement and nervous system awareness—because preparation lives in the tissues, too.

Clear the noise, anchor your essence, and create space to integrate what your body already knows but the world may have forgotten.
I’m Ashley Makan, and I walk alongside women as they reclaim body wisdom and awaken to the sacred rhythm of creation—whether calling in life, crossing into motherhood, or becoming more fully themselves.

These workshops are an invitation to slow down and tune in.
To gather with other women—honestly, gently, powerfully.
To learn the language of your own body, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and remember that you were never meant to do this alone.
In community, we witness.
In connection, we rise.
In shared breath and lived wisdom, we come home to ourselves.✨
She was incredible to work with and you can tell that she genuinely loves what she does. She is a wealth of knowledge in both the physical and psychological aspects of childbirth and does a great job educating her clients.

There are truly no words to describe how thankful I am for the support and love Ashley gave my family. I highly recommend Ashley — she is so passionate and knowledgeable about birth and the way our bodies work.

Pure magic is how I would describe the universal connection between me and Ashley. Today was incredibly special on so many levels as a woman, mama, human, and spiritual being. Our connection and community will continue to grow past birth work!

Not a newsletter.
A breath.
A slow rhythm of reflections, rituals, and soul-fed invitations.
I’ll write when there’s something real—no noise, no pressure, only presence.

We are not meant to walk this path alone.
Join us for local gatherings where women come together in real time—to breathe, move, share stories, and remember what it feels like to be witnessed.
These are spaces of warmth, rhythm, and returning.
No fixing. No performing. Just being—together.

This work doesn’t start with doing—
It starts with listening.
To your breath.
To your body.
To the becoming already underway.
